RENTAL CONDITIONS
DRIVING LICENCE AND AGE CONDITION
Minimum of 1 year valid driving licence and age of 21 required for A,B,C,M group rentals.For D,E,F,G group rentals we require age of 25 and minimum of 2 years valid driving licence. H group rentals we require 3 years valid driving licence and age of 28.
RENTAL PERIOD
Minimum rental period is 24 hours.
WHAT IS INCLUSIVE ON OUR RATES WHAT IS NOT
Our rates are inclusive of unlimited mileage, oil and meintenance expenditures, Collision damage waiver, insurance coverage of theft and %18 of VAT.
Windscreen,tire,head lights are not covered by the above mentioned insurance. Fuel, autopark fees also not included on our fees.
However winscreen, tire, headlights insurance we can provide with the extra cost of 5 euros for A,B,C group wehicles, 8 euros for D,E,F,H group wehicles.
ONE WAY RENTALS
If and when the wehicle is returned in another destination than where it is rented from ONE WAY RENTAL rates and conditions applied. Please ask our office for further details.
ADDITIONAL DRIVERS
Additional driver ( person other than primary person rents the wehicle) may be applied to the contract with the condition that additional drivers licence is added to the contract. Failing notification on the contract will make the insurance not valid in which case all persons involved will be directly liable for damage and the costs.
DELIVERY AND RETURN
In city and locations where our offices based within the city limits car delivery and returns are free of charge. May you request a delivery or return of a wehicle outside our offices locations this will be subject to extra charge. Please contact our offices for further information.
WEHICLE RETURN DELAYS
Delays up to 3 hours 1/3 of the daily rent for every hour,delays of more than 3 hours full day rental rate is charged.
INSURANCE
For the validity of the insurance you must obtain an ACCIDENT REPORT and ALCOHOL REPORT immidiately after the incident and deliver to our offices within 24 hours.Insurance will be invalid if wehicle used under the influence of alcohol or drugs and in excess of the legal speed limits.
PAYMENT
Total rental fee is charged when the contract is signed when the car rented. A valid credit card ( Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard)is required for the rental.
TRAFFIC FINES.
Traffic fines under all conditions are paid by the person rented the car.May the wehicle be confiscated by the local authotities the period when the car confiscated will be added to the rental contract and charged.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
In case of accident (or theft) without moving the wehicle apply to the nearest police or jandarmerie station. Immidiately obtain accident, theft and alcohol report. Failure to to so will end up invalidation of insurance and occuring charges including those to third parties will be charged from the person rented the car.
LTYRE DAMAGE AND CHANGE, WINDSCREEN AND HEADLIGHTS BREAKAGE,THEFT OF SPARE TYRE AND DAMAGE RESULT OF MISUSE OF THE WEHICLE ARE NOT COVERED BY THE INSURANCE
